1. Scope of Application:
This Chapter defines the Management of the Inspection & Measurement Equipment used to the Product’s Inspection and Test.
2. Responsibility and Authority:
* QC Manager has the Responsibility and Authority as follow.
- To check the Products proper in the Requirement, the Inspection Equipment shall be kept on the Calibration State.
- Also, the Inspection Equipment supplied by Company, Other Subcontractor and the Third Party shall be checked the Calibration State before use.
- Calibrated Inspection Equipment shall be used and kept on the Requirement about
the Accuracy and Precision
3. Measurement Equipment Management
- The Test Cycle of the Inspection Equipment affected to the Materials and Products shall be followed in accordance with the Inspection and Measurement Equipment Management Procedure
or the Standard License to the International.
4. Choice & Use of the Inspection Equipment
- User shall choose the Inspection Equipment within Proper Shape, Range and Precision.
- User shall use the Inspection Equipment after checking the Valid Period of Calibration.
- User shall report the Identification Number of the Inspection Equipment on the Inspection & Test Report Register.
- To prove the Proper Inspection Equipment, user shall submit the Relevant Documents if Customer or his Agency requires the Technical Data about the Inspection Equipment.
5. The Unfit Inspection Equipment Management
- When the Inspection Equipment out of Calibration State while Calibrating is found, Corrective Measures should be taken.
- The Unfit Inspection Equipment should be repaired before using and the Inspection Equipment that the Repair is impossible should be disposed.
6. Report Management
The Report related in the Inspection Equipment Calibration shall be managed in accordance with this Plan.
